Inter youngster Mateo Kovacic has taken a swipe at speculation linking him with a transfer to Arsenal and Manchester United this coming summer.

The Nerazzurri worked day and night on a deal to sign Kovacic from Dinamo Zagreb last year, finally succeeding in snapping up the attacking midfielder.

He has been introduced to life in Serie A gradually this term, having so far made 27 appearances in the Italian top flight, but crucially 18 have come from the bench as the Nerazzurri dip his toe in the pool.

Already Kovacic has impressed and talk of interest from Arsenal and Manchester United has grown. But it is not something the 19-year-old will spend time thinking about.

"I may be young, but I've learned that journalists invent rumours every day", he told Sportske Novosti.

"However, I am not feeling any pressure. I have a contract until 2017 and my future is here at Internazionale. I am part of a great club.

"I want to become a better player and help my team. I'm still very young so I have plenty of time. I'm continuing to learn.

"I'm happy with Internazionale and everyone is happy with me. That makes it worth it for me."
