Luis Muriel's agent has insisted his client will not be distracted by growing speculation around a summer transfer away from Udinese.

The 23-year-old has been consistently linked with a move elsewhere, with Liverpool long-time suitors, while of late AC Milan have entered the picture.

However, Muriel's agent has waved away any notion that his client is considering his future at Udinese, claiming his thoughts are only focused on helping the Zebrette end the Serie A season well and Colombia perform at the World Cup.

"There has been no recent contact with Milan", Helmuth Wennin told MilanNews.

"Luis does not think about other teams right now.

"He's only focused on Udinese and the World Cup."

Muriel, who is under contract with Udinese until the summer of 2018, has made 24 appearances for Udinese in Serie A so far this season.

The striker landed at Udinese in 2010 from Deportivo Cali and has enjoyed loan stints with Spanish outfit Granada and Italians Lecce.
