Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is not worried about how his side will respond after losing the League Cup final on Sunday to Chelsea.
Mauricio Pochettino’s men suffered a disappointing 2-0 defeat to the Blues at Wembley and failed to replicate their result of the 2008 final against the same opponents.
While they believe that luck didn’t favour them on the day, the view from the club is that their young players experienced the pressure of playing a big final and it will stand them in good stead in the future.
However, concerns have been raised whether the disappointment will adversely affect their league form, where they are still involved in a tight battle for a top four position this season.
But Lloris has brushed aside the concerns and stressed that Spurs will not find it hard to refocus on their league campaign, despite the League Cup final loss and the large disappointment that brings.

"I’m not worried about that [the response]”, Lloris told the club’s official site.
“After this game the fans know we tried our best and it was difficult against a strong team.
"Now we will be focused on the Premier League and try to finish as high as possible."
Tottenham will look to respond strongly to their League Cup final loss when they host Swansea at White Hart Lane tomorrow in a Premier League fixture.
