John Guidetti has put Feyenoord in the waiting room and is keen to wait for other offers before making a decision on his future.
The 22-year-old is currently playing on loan at Celtic from Manchester City but his contract with the English champions will expire at the end of the season, making him a free agent.
Though Feyenoord are aware that they won’t be able to match his financial demands, the club have made an initial offer to Guidetti and are awaiting his response.
However, according to De Telegraaf, the Swede is set to make Feyenoord wait in the wings as he himself looks to attract more lucrative offers from other clubs.
Guidetti is keen to sign a lucrative contract with a club at the end of the season and is ready to wait a little longer for the right offer to come to him before making any commitment.

Celtic remain interested in signing him on a permanent deal but they are facing stiff competition from Marseille, who have scouted the Swede this season and Italian giants Inter, who are also keeping a close watch on proceedings.
After making a good start to his loan spell at Celtic, Guidetti’s form has tapered off in the second half of the campaign and he has managed just two league goals this year.
