Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata has declared that his side are desperate to bag the full three points against PSV Eindhoven in a Champions League encounter on Wednesday.
The Red Devils, who lost 2-1 in the corresponding fixture at the Philips Stadion in September, are currently atop Group B of the continental tournament with seven points from four games.
A win will take Manchester United to the brink of qualifying to the knockout rounds of the Champions League.
And Mata, whose side have already registered victorious against Wolfsburg and CSKA Moscow at Old Trafford, insisted that Manchester United want to register another Champions League victory in their own backyard.
“It’s time for another Champions League night at Old Trafford against PSV Eindhoven”, he wrote on his personal blog.

“We lost there in the first week and now we want to get the three points that would take us closer to the next stage, and to live another special European night in the Theatre of Dreams.”
After Wednesday night’s encounter with the Dutch giants, Manchester United, who edged out Watford 2-1 at the weekend, will face Premier League leaders Leicester City on Saturday.
Louis van Gaal’s men will then round off their Champions League group stage campaign with an away trip to Wolfsburg next month.
