Manchester City have confirmed their starting eleven and substitutes to lock horns with Liverpool at Wembley in this afternoon's League Cup final.
Citizens manager Manuel Pellegrini, who will want to scoop up the trophy in what is his final season in charge of the club, has Sergio Aguero to lead the attack for his side, while Raheem Sterling comes face to face with his former club. Yaya Toure and David Silva are also attacking threats. Fernando and Fernandino are picked in the engine room.
At the back, Vincent Kompany captains Manchester City and links up with Nicolas Otamendi, while Willy Caballero is in goal. On the bench, Pellegrini can turn to Wilfried Bony if needed.
Manchester City suffered a 4-1 home defeat to Liverpool the last time the two sides met and will be desperate to take revenge on the Wembley stage, with the carrot of the League Cup trophy to boot.
