Leeds United boss Thomas Christiansen says if he wants to know anything about football then he knows director of football Victor Orta will have the answers, while also revealing discussions with Belgium coach Roberto Martinez when he took the job at Elland Road.
Christiansen has never managed in English football before, but currently has Leeds sitting top of the Championship table and unbeaten this term, and there were question marks over how he would cope.
The Dane, who was capped by Spain at international level due to a Spanish mother and played much of his career in the country, did his homework when he accepted the job and spoke to former Swansea, Everton and Wigan manager Martinez, who is now in charge of Belgium.
But the 44-year-old feels there is also a fountain of knowledge already at Leeds for him to tap into if needed.
"I have had my conversations with Roberto Martinez. So, from that point of view I had some information", Christiansen said in a press conference.

"But if there is something I should need, if [needed] I speak to Victor Orta, he's the Wikipedia of football.
"So anything I need to know I just call him", he added.
Orta joined Leeds from Middlesbrough, where his work in the transfer market was strongly criticised by Boro fans.
But the Spaniard has so far earned praise at Leeds with his signings in the summer transfer window.
