Spurs have pushed to the top of the Premier League table this season and are keen to continue to make sure they back Jose Mourinho to lead the club forward.
Mourinho’s side are already looking towards the future and have begun the hunt for prospective options to strengthen their squad further.
Tottenham have identified Brentford’s 21-year-old Finnish striker Forss as a target and, according to Eurosport, are already looking into a swoop for the player.
The Finland international has several top clubs among his admirers and is being monitored by German Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund.
However, Spurs supremo Daniel Levy is keen to ensure that the north London club do not miss the opportunity to land the highly-rated Forss.
While Tottenham are interested, it remains to be seen if they are plotting a move in January or the summer transfer window.
Forss has scored seven goals from 17 appearances across all competitions for Brentford so far and is increasingly catching the eye in the Championship.
