Alioski’s future at Elland Road is under the scanner with his current deal set to expire next month; he is expected to leave Elland Road.

The North Macedonian’s situation has seen him draw admiring glances from Turkey, with Super Lig giants Galatasaray interested in his services.

It has been claimed that the Turks have a deal in principle with Alioski for a three-year contract once he leaves Leeds and attains free agent status this summer.

However, according to Turkish outlet Fotomac, any move for Alioski to Galatasaray is currently on hold with Cimbom coach Fatih Terim’s future at the club in doubt.

Terim is tipped to leave this summer when his contract at Galatasaray runs out and Alioski is not sure about moving with no clarity over the new coach.

Leeds have already confirmed the departures of Pablo Hernandez and Gaetano Berardi and another promotion hero in Alioski could also follow suit in the coming weeks.

Alioski slotted in at left-back for the majority of this season, and it is understood to be a priority position that Leeds will be keen on bolstering in the upcoming window, with Barry Douglas also expected to leave the club with his contact expiring this summer.
