The 18-year-old right-back’s future at Aberdeen has come under the scanner in the final 72 hours of the transfer window, as clubs eye snaring him away from Pittodrie.
It emerged on Thursday that Bologna are pushing to take him to Italy and are in talks with Aberdeen to sign the teenage right-back.
But it has been claimed that Leeds have entered the fray for Ramsay and have put in a bid for the defender.
According to Sky Italia, Leeds have offered to pay a fee of €3.5m for Ramsay and are prepared to include a hefty sell-on clause.
The offers made by the two clubs are similar, with Bologna offering to sign him on loan for €1m with a purchase clause of €4m.
However, Leeds are prepared to let Ramsay stay at Aberdeen on loan for the rest of the season.
But it has been claimed that the teenager would prefer a move to the Italian club over Leeds at the moment, where he would play with countryman with Aaron Hickey and where he sees a path to good development.
It remains to be seen whether Leeds will be able to convince the 18-year-old to change his mind.
