Parrott is keen on leaving Spurs on loan this summer as he wants to garner first team experience on a regular basis.

Spurs are open to loaning Parrott out in the ongoing window and Championship side Sunderland are in talks with the Londoners over signing him with boss Alex Neil looking to bolster his attacking department.

However, the striker has admitted that he is unsure what will happen to him in terms of his immediate future in north London.

The 20-year-old stressed that his complete focus is on doing his best during Tottenham’s pre-season training as he is determined to impress boss Antonio Conte and his coaching staff.

“I’m not too sure what’s going to happen [to me this summer]”, Parrott told football.london.

“Since pre-season started, I’ve been focused just on this tour and focused on doing whatever I can to impress the boss and impress the coaching staff.

“They’ve got some great players; got a great manager and I think they should be aiming for the most they can get.

“The sky is the limit.”

Sunderland see Parrott as the ideal player to support and provide more competition for Black Cats hitman Ross Stewart and it remains to be seen whether they can get a loan deal over the line for him.
