Aaronson and Adams were two among the three players called up from the Elland Road outfit to represent their national sides in Qatar, with Dane Rasmus Kristensen the other.

Adams was recently named the captain of the Stars and Stripes by manager Gregg Berhalter and will look to carry on his club form for his national side.

Prutton is of the opinion that Aaronson and Adams will be looking forward to the game against England in Group B after their arrival in the Premier League.

Moreover, Prutton emphasised that the Leeds United midfielders will enjoy playing a part in such an important and meaningful game, with the former Whites star expecting tough outings for the Three Lions in all their group stage games.

England obviously have to play the USA which will mean coming up against Aaronson and Adams and it will be good”, Prutton wrote in his Yorkshire Evening Post column.

Having seen the Premier League up close and personal, I am sure that Brenden and Tyler will be absolutely relishing the chance to represent their country in a meaningful game such as this and I think all three group stage opponents for England are going to be tough for all different purposes.”

Adams will lead his side out to face England in the final game scheduled for the 25th November before taking on Iran in their final group game on the 29th.
