Zaniolo has been desperate to find a way out of Roma this month and a series of Premier League sides have explored a deal.
In the final hours of the window Leeds looked at loaning him, but met with Roma’s resistance as they will only sell, while Everton have also probed a deal.
Neither club will sign Zaniolo now though as, according to Calciomercato.com, he is set to stay at Roma until the summer.
The winger looks unlikely to be making a late exit from Roma.
And in the summer it is suggested that Zaniolo will give priority to AC Milan as his next destination.
The Rossoneri wanted to sign Zaniolo this month, but could not reach an agreement with Roma.
It remains to be seen how much Zaniolo will be involved with Roma over the second half of the season.
