After the signing of midfielder Mohammed Kudus from Dutch giants Ajax, David Moyes has set his mind on bringing in a forward.

West Ham have been linked with several forward targets and Brazilian hitman Alberto is one of them.

The Hammers have opened discussions with Corinthians to find an agreement for the 22-year-old.

It is said that West Ham’s technical director, Steidten, has held positive talks with the Brazilian outfit regarding a possible deal.

However, the London outfit still have work left to do to reach an agreement with Corinthians.

Alberto has scored ten times while racking up seven assists this season for his club and he made his debut for the Brazil national team this year.

West Ham are also in negotiations with Sevilla for Youssef En-Nesyri and it remains to be seen whether Moyes will be able to strengthen his forward department before the end of the summer window.
