Bournemouth striker Kieffer Moore is open to a return to his former club Cardiff City in the ongoing transfer window, according to talkSPORT.

The 31-year-old has made seven Premier League appearances from the substitutes bench this season but is still waiting for his first start.

He has 18 months left on his contract but the Welshman has become surplus to requirements at Dean Court under Andoni Iraola.

The experienced striker still has suitors in the Championship and he is likely to move on in the ongoing window.

Cardiff are claimed to be interested in taking him back to the club by the end of the window – and crucially, the player would be open to playing ball.

Moore spent two seasons at Cardiff and made 66 appearances for the club before joining Bournemouth in January 2022.

Two years later, the striker would be keen on a return to Cardiff if they can work out a deal with the Cherries.

The Welshman wants to play regular football moving forward and a return to Cardiff appeals to him.
