Leicester City are keen on signing Inter Milan star Stefano Sensi but have yet to submit a bid for the midfielder.

The Foxes are at the top of the Championship table and they have a ten-point lead over second-placed Ipswich Town.

Enzo Maresca is eager to strengthen his Leicester squad in the ongoing transfer window to prepare themselves for the second half of the season.

The Leicester boss wants to add a midfielder to his squad and has Inter Milan star Sensi in mind.

Sensi is down Simone Inzaghi’s pecking order and has featured for only 28 minutes in Serie A so far this season.

According to Sky Italia, Leicester are keen on securing Sensi’s services but have yet to submit an official offer.

Sensi’s contract is set to run out at the end of June and Leicester are set to face competition from Sassuolo, as the Italian outfit are interested in the midfielder.

Now it remains to be seen whether the Foxes will be able to come to an agreement with Inter Milan to secure the signature of Sensi.
