Aston Villa attacker Jhon Duran has admitted that playing for AC Milan or Chelsea would be the stuff of dreams, but insists he is focused on Villa.

Duran has been strongly linked with a move away from Villa Park during this month’s transfer window.

The Colombian is claimed to not see eye to eye with Aston Villa boss Unai Emery, but the Spanish boss would want a replacement before sanctioning an exit.

Duran is clear that he is fully focused on the task at hand at Aston Villa, but amidst links with AC Milan and Chelsea admits that playing for either would be the stuff of dreams.

“I have my mind on Aston Villa”, Duran told Colombian outlet WinSports.

“I am not aware of any interest from AC Milan or Chelsea.

“They are giant clubs and it would be a pleasure, but I have no knowledge of anything.

“As a child you dream of playing there.”

With two weeks left in the winter transfer window, Duran’s future remains unclear as he seeks regular game time over the second half of the season.

All eyes will be on whether AC Milan or Chelsea make a serious play for his signature this month.
