Sheffield Wednesday are taking a look at two more forwards in addition to Birmingham City star Scott Hogan, according to journalist Alan Nixon.

The Owls have been active in the ongoing window as they want to strengthen their squad to boost their survival hopes in the Championship.

Sheffield Wednesday have struggled to score goals this season and Danny Rohl wants to beef up their forward department.

They have managed to successfully land Troyes star Ike Ugbo on loan for the rest of the season in the ongoing window.

However, the Sheffield Wednesday boss wants to further bolster this frontline and Birmingham City’s Hogan is on his mind.

The 31-year-old forward has six months left on his contract with Birmingham City and he is currently a bit part player in Tony Mowbray’s squad.

Now it has been claimed that except for Hogan, the Owls are also looking at two more forwards.

All eyes will now be on Rohl to see who he will decide to bring in to add to his forward department.
