Oscar Cortes has now signed the paperwork on his loan move to Scottish giants Rangers, according to the Daily Record.

Gers boss Philippe Clement wants to boost his attacking options and zeroed in on landing Cortes from French side Lens.

The Colombian has been put through his medical paces by Rangers as they push to complete his loan capture.

Now Cortes has put pen to paper to his loan contract at Rangers, which will keep him at Ibrox until the summer.

All eyes will now be on when Rangers officially confirm the arrival of Cortes on loan.

French side Lens snapped Cortes up from Colombian club Millionairos last summer, splashing out €5m for him.

He struggled to make an impact at Lens though and will now try his luck in Scotland.

Clement will want to see Cortes quickly back an impact in the Scottish Premiership.
