Crystal Palace attacker Jordan Ayew is on the radar of the Eagles’ Premier League rivals Leicester City, according to journalist Alan Nixon.

Oliver Glasner is continuing to reshape his Crystal Palace squad and there is expected to be significant activity before the transfer window closes.

The Austrian tactician could give the green light for some players to leave and Ayew may well be available.

The forward is now drawing attention from Leicester, who are looking for more firepower to cope with life back in the Premier League.

Ayew, 32, is an experienced performer and played 35 times in the top flight for Palace last term.

He found the back of the net four times, while also chipping in with seven assists.

Ayew is now inside the final 12 months of his Selhurst Park deal and offloading him may make sense for Glasner if the offer is good enough.

Crystal Palace have already lost one attacker this summer though in the shape of Michael Olise, who headed to Bayern Munich.
