Leeds United forward Crysencio Summerville is set to have a medical with West Ham United later today medical.

The Whites failed to secure promotion back to the Premier League last season and their top-performing players are in demand.

Dutch winger Summerville had a brilliant last campaign in the Championship where he scored 21 times and provided ten assists in 49 all-competition appearances.

Multiple top-flight clubs have shown interest in the 22-year-old but the Hammers are set to land the talented attacker as they have a fee agreed with Leeds.

According to Dutch magazine Voetbal International the Leeds forward is set to take his medical today.

It was suggested recently that Summerville could play his first match in a Hammers’ shirt as soon as this Saturday and now it is looking possible.

The 22-year-old attacker will join his West Ham team-mates on their pre-season tour in the USA as soon as the formalities are finalised.

Leeds will now be looking to bring in a capable replacement for Summerville before the end of this month, as losing the Dutchman takes both goals and assists out of their team.
