Aston Villa target Maximilian Beier ‘definitely wants’ to make the move to Borussia Dortmund this summer.

Dortmund have just brought in an influx of cash from selling striker Niclas Fullkrug to West Ham United.

The Ruhr giants already know who they want to replace Fullkrug with and it is 16 goals in the Bundesliga last season man Beier.

Hoffenheim attacker Beier is of interest to a host of clubs this summer, including Unai Emery’s Aston Villa.

However, according to German broadcaster Sky Deutschland (via Fussball Transfers), Beier is ‘definitely clear’ that he wants to join Dortmund.

He has set his heart on a move to last season’s Champions League finalists.

Bayer Leverkusen, Chelsea and Atletico Madrid are also keen on the 21-year-old, but Dortmund are the side he wants to join.

It is also suggested that Dortmund coach Nuri Sahin is particularly pushing for the club to sign Beier.

Dortmund are planning to offer Hoffenheim €25m for Beier and if a deal is agreed there could even be a medical this week.
