Portuguese giants FC Porto have made Everton-linked striker Vitor Roque, who plays for Barcelona, their priority target this summer.

Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin has been linked with a move away from Goodison Park this summer as he is inside the final year of his Toffees contract.

Sean Dyche wants to add a striker before the transfer window slams shut and Barcelona striker Roque is a player he likes.

The 19-year-old Brazilian joined the Spanish giants only last season and the Catalans are already looking to move him on this summer.

The Toffees held ongoing talks with Barcelona sporting director Deco regarding Roque even though the Catalan giants rejected Everton’s first bid worth €25m plus another €3m in add-ons.

Everton are set to face more competition for the Brazilian striker, as Porto have made Roque their priority target this summer, according to Portuguese outlet Mais Futbol.

Porto’s star striker Evanilson is joining  AFC Bournemouth and now they are looking to sign a replacement by the end of this month.

Now it remains to be seen if Everton will submit an offer close to Barcelona’s €30m to €35m asking price for the Brazilian before Porto.
