Mario Gotze has revealed he is looking forward to returning to Borussia Dortmund this weekend, even if he accepts he may not get the warmest of receptions.
The Germany midfielder left Dortmund for fierce rivals Bayern Munich in the summer when the Bavarians activated a release clause in his contract.

Now Gotze is set to return to his old stomping ground as Bayern Munich travel to face Dortmund in a crunch Bundesliga clash.
"I'm really looking forward to my return to Dortmund", Gotze told Kicker.

"It is probably one of the hardest moments in my career.
"I realise that I will not get the warmest welcome, but that is on me because it was my own decision to leave Dortmund."
Gotze made 83 appearances in the Bundesliga for Dortmund, scoring 22 goals.
