Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has refused to confirm or deny whether his club are interested in signing Paul Pogba from Juventus.

Pogba's stellar rise at Juventus over the last 18 months has seen him linked with a number of clubs, while the Italian champions have admitted they may not be able to refuse an "indecent" offer for the France international.

Recently PSG have been speculated to be plotting a big money swoop for the former Manchester United man. However, following PSG's 2-1 win over Olympiacos last night, president Al-Khelaifi would not be drawn on that possibility.

"There may be many interesting players in this period", he was quoted as saying by Tutto Mercato.

"But if a club are interested in a player they speak to the other club, not with the press."

Forming a French spine at PSG has long been one of the club's stated goals and losing youth product Mamadou Sakho to Liverpool in the summer was a blow.

PSG have shown themselves to have almost limitless funds in the transfer market though and could surely afford a bid for Pogba which Juventus would term "indecent".
