Manchester City have announced their financial results for 2012/13, with a loss once again recorded.

The Citizens have had bright news to report, with turnover having risen to a very healthy £271m, while they have also confirmed the club are "operating with zero financial debut having paid off all remaining borrowings."

However, following on from a loss in the last results of £97.9m, the Citizens have now recorded another loss, this time of £51.6m.

On the pitch Manchester City go from strength to strength, into the final of the League Cup, through to the fifth round of the FA Cup, into the Round of 16 in the Champions League and second in the Premier League.

Manuel Pellegrini's men are next in action this evening, when they face Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane.
