Celtic have accepted an offer from Crystal Palace for midfielder Joe Ledley, while they also remain hopeful of signing striker Leigh Griffiths from Wolverhampton Wanderers today.

According to the BBC, the Scottish champions are content to sell Ledley to Palace, with the player's contract set to expire in the summer.

Ledley has been offered a new deal by Celtic, but has not put pen to paper and the club are reluctant to risk losing him on a free transfer in the summer.

There could be bright news on an incoming player though, as Celtic renew their push for Griffiths.

And the Bhoys are confident over Griffiths eventually being in Glasgow when the transfer window slams shut later this evening.
