Juventus have completed the loan signing of striker Pablo Osvaldo from Southampton.

The Italian champions also have the right to make Osvaldo's switch a permanent one at the end of his loan for a fee of €19m.

Juventus announced: "Juventus announce an agreement to acquire for free, from Southampton, Pablo Daniel Osvaldo on loan.

"The contract also provides an option which Juventus can activate by 31st May 2014, to allow a definitive purchase of the football player at €19m, payable over three years."

Osvaldo only joined Southampton last summer from Roma, but has struggled to settle.

The striker was recently suspended for two weeks by Southampton over a training ground incident.
