Atletico Madrid are considering the possible inclusion of David Villa for tomorrow's Real Madrid clash, despite the forward not deemed a hundred percent.

Villa has not played the last two games for Atletico due to a thigh strain picked up in the La Liga game against Real Sociedad.

The absences included the first-leg defeat to Real Madrid in the cup, with Los Blancos set to visit the Vicente Calderon tomorrow.

Atletico Madrid are currently down 3-0 in the tie, and, according to AS, coach Diego Simeone could risk bringing Villa back in hopes of engineering a shock comeback.

Diego Costa will miss tomorrow's game due to an accumulation of three yellow cards, the last of which came in the 3-0 defeat.

It means Simeone is short of options up front, amid the prospect of losing further ground in La Liga's title race.

Should Atletico Madrid pull off the desired aggregate win, they face the prospect of taking on Barcelona in the final, with the Catalans 2-0 ahead of their semi-final opponents Real Sociedad.
