Paris Saint-Germain stand ready to reward their players if the club can win this season's Champions League.

According to French sports daily L'Equipe, the Ligue 1 giants are paying each player a bonus of €1m if they win the Champions League on 24th May.

PSG eased past Bayer Leverkusen in the competition's Round of 16 and now await their opponents in the quarter-final draw.

The club's Qatari owners, QSI, are keen that the maximum possible motivation be placed in front of the players, hence a big-money bonus being offered.

Striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is believed to have negotiated the bonus with QSI, securing the potential €1m pay-day for his team-mates.

Real Madrid in contrast are offering their players €500,000 to win the club's tenth European Cup.

Bayern Munich meanwhile paid their players a bonus of €800,000 last season for winning the Bundesliga, German Cup and Champions League.
