Real Madrid left-back Marcelo is expected to miss tomorrow's Champions League quarter-final clash against Borussia Dortmund with a hamstring injury.
The news of one of their key players being ruled out with injury will be greeted with concern by Los Blancos, who are still trying to recover from two straight losses against Barcelona and Sevilla earlier last month.

An official medical report confirmed that the Brazilian has suffered a hamstring tear and is therefore expected to be out of action for at least a number of weeks.
A statement from the club's official site revealed: "A medical exam has revealed that Marcelo has suffered a grade one tear in his left hamstring. Pending further developments."

No official information however has been given about the possible date of the Brazilian's return as it depends on the player's progress during rehabilitation.
It is however expected that the 25-year-old will be fit before the Copa del Rey final clash against Barcelona on 16th April.
Marcelo has played 23 matches for Los Vikingos in the Spanish league this season having scored one goal and has also provided his team-mates with six important assists.
