Borussia Dortmund’s attacking midfielder Marko Reus believes that it would be wrong to count them out against Real Madrid in the Champions League quarter-final and believes that a comeback from the German side is a real possibility.

With a 3-0 scoreline the Germans were comprehensively beaten by Real Madrid in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie.

Despite a heavy loss in the first leg Reus has not lost hope of a miracle and believes that the Germans can still stun the nine-time European champions in Dortmund.

"Do I believe in a comeback? In football anything is possible”, the 24-year-old told the club’s official site.

The German accepts that overturning a 3-0 deficit is tough but believes that the team have it in them to do the unthinkable.

“It will be very tough, but we will give our all.

"Anything is possible in football.”

Borussia Dortmund registered a 2-1 win over Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga at the Westfalenstadion on Saturday.
