Manchester United manager David Moyes has assured the supporters that Wayne Rooney will play against Bayern Munich tonight despite an injury scare.

Manchester United need to score at the Allianz Arena to have any hope of going through to the semi-finals as the first leg at Old Trafford finished 1-1, which gives an advantage to the Bavarians on the away goal rule.
