Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola feels that focus and determination along with passion can get his side through in the coming matches following a recent run of poor performances.

The Bundesliga champions have won just one game in their last five outings. They lost their last league game 3-0 to Borussia Dortmund on Saturday and will now be hoping to make things right by booking a place in the German Cup final in Berlin when they face second tier side Kaiserslautern in the semi-final at Allianz Arena today.

The treble defending Bavarians will also meet Spanish giants Real Madrid in the first leg of their semi-final in the Champions League at the Santiago Bernabeu on 23rd April, and Guardiola has insisted his players must be committed on the right path.

“We need passion and commitment. Only then will we be able to get to Berlin, come through the games against Real, and play in the Champions League final”, the Spanish manager was quoted as saying by the club’s official site.
