Belgium midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has welcomed Manchester United starlet Adnan Januzaj deciding to play for the country at international level.

Januzaj had been unsure over which of five countries he was eligible to turn out for he should commit his future too. However, the Brussels-born winger has now come out in favour of a Belgium future.

And De Bruyne, who will now be the youngster's international team-mate, is sure Belgium have a gem on their hands.

"When you play for Manchester United, you can play football", the midfielder explained to Belgacom.

De Bruyne though has left the decision of when Januzaj should be picked for international duty squarely in coach Marc Wilmots' court.

"It's up to the coach now", the Wolfsburg star added.

"For him it's not easy to fit in a lot of new players."
