Manchester City midfielder Fernandinho feels his side’s Premier League fixture against Everton on Saturday will be a “very tough game.”

The Citizens, who have 77 points from 35 games, will be crowned the champions of England if they manage to win their remaining three league games.

On the other hand, Everton still have a mathematical chance of piping Arsenal to fourth spot.

And so, with both teams having something to play for, Fernandinho expects a difficult outing at Goodison Park.

The Brazilian international however, added that Manchester City will not alter their playing style as his side will be only aiming for a win against the Toffees.

“It's a massive game for both teams. We are trying to keep fighting for the title and need to play to win the game, which hopefully we can do”, Fernandinho told his club’s official site.

“They are at home in front of their fans, and they are always good at home. The atmosphere is also good there, and they will play with a lot of intensity – we have to be ready for that. It will be a very tough game.

“We will need to play our best football, in the way we have played for the last month. We cannot change, we have our style and we don't need to change, whether we are at home or away.”

Manchester City defeated Everton 3-1 in the corresponding fixture at the Etihad Stadium in October.
