Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has backed former Italy striker Filippo Inzaghi to be a success at AC Milan.

The 40-year-old, who is presently in charge of AC Milan's Under-19 squad, has been tipped to replace current boss Clarence Seedorf at the San Siro for next season.

The Rossoneri are determined to improve on their last season's performance which saw them finish eighth in the table with 57 points from 38 matches.

Ancelotti, who has just won the Champions League with the Spanish giants, is optimistic that Inzaghi could well prove to be the perfect choice to bring trophies back to AC Milan.
