Spanish Under-21 international Gerard Deulofeu has expressed his satisfaction at a Barcelona return after the end of a season-long loan spell at Premier League side Everton.

The winger was impressive for Roberto Martinez's side, playing 25 matches and scoring three goals.

However, the end of a successful season has meant that the 20-year-old is back home to join the Catalan giants.

“It’s been a really great week, marvellous," Deulofeu said via the club's site.
