David de Gea knows exactly who he would sign if he held the purse strings at Manchester United this summer – Barcelona midfielder Andres Iniesta.
The Spain shot-stopper is well aware that Manchester United are planning to significantly strengthen their squad this summer as they seek to ensure this season's seventh place finish in the Premier League is a blip.
De Gea has his own ideas about who would fit in at Old Trafford and revealed earlier this week that he has been attempting to sweet-talk Cesc Fabregas into making the move.
And he would like another Barcelona player to make the same journey.

"If I had a lot of millions in my bank account I would buy Iniesta", De Gea told Movistar.
"He is one of the best players in the world.
"He has character, quality and a nose for goal.
"Actually, he's got everything", the Manchester United goalkeeper concluded.
