Everton manager Roberto Martinez is looking to raid Scottish football for talents this summer.

Martinez is no stranger to Scottish players, having signed a whole host of talents from north of the border during spell at Wigan and now Everton, including Shaun Maloney, James McCarthy, James McArthur and Aiden McGeady.




Now he is looking to dip his toe into the Scottish pool once again.

"I have been following a lot of youngsters who are showing real potential and I think Scottish football can take advantage of using a lot of young players for the league", he told ITV.

Martinez sampled Scottish football as a player, turning out for Motherwell between 2001 and 2002.
