Barcelona are ready to pay as much as €41m to sign winger Arda Turan from Atletico Madrid this summer.

Under new coach Luis Enrique, the Blaugrana are embarking upon an ambitious strengthening project that is set to see Cesc Fabregas sold, Ivan Rakitic arrive from Sevilla, while Marc-Andre ter Stegan has already landed at the Camp Nou to man the goal for next term.




Now Turkey international Arda Turan is firmly in Barcelona's sights.

According to Turkish daily Milliyet, the deposed Spanish champions are ready to pay as much as €41m to persuade Atletico Madrid to part with the winger.

Turan impressed at the Vicente Calderon this season and was a key man as Diego Simeone's side won La Liga against all the odds.

Simeone, who is set to lose striker Diego Costa to Chelsea this summer, is sure to be loathe to lose Turan too.
