Manchester City Join Tottenham In Scouting Ghanaian Midfield Starlet

Manchester City are taking a closer look at Tottenham Hotspur linked Cagliari midfielder Godfred Donsah ahead of a potential summer swoop.

The young Ghanaian midfielder has been turning in some fine performances for Gianfranco Zola’s side in Serie A and has attracted attention from clubs across Europe, especially England.

Tottenham scouts have been actively running the rule over the youngster and are believed to be keen to make a move for him in the summer, but the Premier League side might face stiff competition from another English club.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Manchester City are taking a closer look at the 18-year-old midfielder and are having the youngster watched on a regular basis by their scouts.
 

The Citizens are believed to be reasonably impressed by the player’s performances and are plotting a potential move for the young Ghanaian in the summer.
