Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers will not be drawn on talking about Burnley striker Danny Ings, a player his side have been heavily linked with making a move for.
Ings is out of contract with the Clarets in the summer and as such is expected to move to pastures new. And a race is developing for his signature, a race Rodgers' Liverpool are thought to be in the thick of.
Liverpool come up against Burnley at Anfield on Wednesday night as they continue their push to finish in the Premier League's top four this term.
And at his pre-match press conference, Rodgers was asked about how much he rates Ings, along with whether he anticipates a scramble for the striker's signature in the summer.
But the Liverpool boss dodged the question entirely, replying: "I rate Burnley the team and the manager in particular.
