Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini is plotting a deal to sign Manchester United and Liverpool linked Palermo striker Paulo Dybala this summer.

Dybala is almost certain to leave Palermo at the end of the season after failing to agree a new contract and the prolific Argentine does not have a dearth of suitors.

Manchester United and Liverpool have been tracking the striker for a long time and, it has been claimed, are keen to take him to England this summer. Italian champions Juventus are also keeping a close eye on developments surrounding the Argentine. Arsenal have been linked with Dybala too, although Arsene Wenger recently denied having placed a bid for the striker.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Inter have now entered the race to sign the 21-year-old and are working on a deal to sign the forward from Palermo.

Mancini is keen to partner him with Mauro Icardi at the San Siro, but Inter are not willing to pay Palermo’s asking price of €40m and are only willing to fork out €25m for Dybala.

The club hierarchy have already established first contact with the player’s agent and are willing to sit at the negotiating with the Palermo hierarchy to agree a more acceptable fee for the Argentine.

Inter are also ready to include several players in a transfer for Dybala to sweeten the deal for Palermo.
