A figure of £30m has been mentioned for Leeds Fans United to buy Massimo Cellino's majority shareholding at Elland Road.
Cellino, who has vowed to attend no further Leeds games, has agreed in principle to sell his majority shareholding to supporter led group Leeds Fans United.
It has been unclear just what sum the supporter group would need to raise to buy out the Italian, but according to BBC Radio Leeds, a figure of £30m has been mooted.
The group are now waiting for Cellino to sign an exclusivity agreement and would then start to conduct due diligence before pushing to complete the takeover.
Other parties have been mooted as being keen to get involved in bidding for Cellino's shareholding, but the Italian is keen to only sell to Leeds Fans United.

The supporter group will now be hoping to quickly complete a deal with Cellino, who could yet have second thoughts over selling up.
The Italian has been involved in all aspects at Leeds since he took control of the club and, despite reportedly being keen to sell, is still fighting a Football League ban which would prevent him from running the club until next summer.
