Leeds United linked Luciano Becchio is currently recovering from a minor injury in Spain, but bidding to be back in top shape as quickly as possible.
Becchio is a free agent and is keen to explore the possibility of linking up with Leeds in the winter transfer window, a club at which he plied his trade from 2008 until 2013.
Current Leeds boss Steve Evans has commented on the links and while playing down talk of an imminent transfer, revealed he would be keen to have a chat with the 31-year-old.
According to the Press Association, Becchio is at present in Spain while he bids to recover from a minor injury.
And his agent has promised that Becchio will be in top "physical and mental shape" soon, as he explores his options as a free agent.
