Leeds United have loaned young defender Ross Killock to Stockport County.
The 21-year-old central defender has penned a two-month loan deal with Stockport and will be looking to clock up regular first team football with the National League North outfit.
Killock is under contract at Elland Road until the end of this season, but injury problems have prevented him from making an impact at Thorp Arch during the early months of the campaign.
Now Killock is aiming to kick on with his fitness at Stockport, while at the same time building up vital first team experience in the cut and thrust of non-league football.
He told his club's site that he had no doubt in answering Stockport's call, explaining: "I’ve been injured quite a while and the Stockport manager Neil Young took me to Chester two years ago.

"He rang me the other the day and asked if I’d be interested in going to get some game time under my belt. The answer was ‘definitely’.
"I need to get back fit and get playing, so I’m looking forward to it."
Killock concedes the season so far has been one of frustration from him, something which means he is relishing the chance to slip on his boots for County, as he has been assured he goes straight into the reckoning.
"I’ve had a hamstring injury and I tore my calf so I’ve been out for about two months now. It’s been frustrating.
"But I’m looking forward to getting back out there. He’s told me I’m going there to play and will be going straight into the team tomorrow. I can’t wait to get going."
