Steve Evans feels he has to work with a number of "babies" at Leeds United, but has vowed to do all he can to encourage them, while he will stick by them if they put a shift in for the Whites.
The Leeds boss saw his side run riot away at Huddersfield on Saturday, with goals from Mirco Antenucci, Chris Wood and Alex Mowatt helping the Whites register a comprehensive 3-0 victory.
The only blot on the landscape was an injury to Liam Cooper which forced him to be stretchered off in the 15th minute following a clash with team-mate Scott Wootton.
Evans knows he is working with a young side at Elland Road and feels because if it, he has players who need encouragement.
But he will continue to trust in the starlets, as long as they are prepared to work hard for the Whites.

"There's lots of babies in this team and I'm going to give them the encouragement to pick them. We're going to work hard, you saw it off the bench", he said on Sky Sports.
"If you don't work for Leeds United we don't want you, no matter who you are."
Following their win at Huddersfield, Leeds sit 15th in the Championship standings with 19 points from 16 games.
