Leeds United head coach Steve Evans says he has put the experienced professionals at the club in charge of managing the dressing room.
Evans replaced the sacked Uwe Rosler last month and has turned the ship around at Leeds, the Whites winning their last two games in the Championship.
There is a feel-good factor around Elland Road at present and Evans admits he has relaxed the rules in the dressing room from Rosler's regime, handing increased responsibility to the senior professionals; the Yorkshire giants boast a number of experienced stars, such as Sol Bamba and Chris Wood.
"You can never call why other managers don't get results can you?" he said on Sky Sports News HQ.
"I think we just went in and decided to relax things a little bit more; you can relax down and have an informal feeling about the place, let the dressing room set their own guidelines", the Scot continued.

"I've inherited some real experienced international players and you say 'you control the dressing room, you manage it, you bring the standards to where I need them to be and then we'll go from there'.
"And that's what we've done."
Evans will hope to continue reaping the rewards of his changes this coming weekend when Rotherham United make the trip to take on Leeds at Elland Road.
The occasion could be an emotional one for a number of Leeds players and some fans as the Millers are now bossed by former Leeds academy chief and ex-head coach Neil Redfearn.
