Manchester United have since recovered and sit top of Group B with seven points from four games. They can qualify with a win over PSV Eindhoven, but Blind thinks to get it Manchester United must play with a high tempo.

"The most important lesson for us is that we have to play the ball quicker and at a much higher tempo", Blind told a press conference.

"We created chances there, but we didn't finish them", the Dutchman continued.
